Requesting an Audit

To request a drainage audit simply call the Board on 9476 1377 up to 5:00pm the working day prior to the day the drain are ready for audit. Indicate to the support officer answering the call that a drainage audit is required. The support officer will then request the following information:

1. The licence number and name of the plumbing contractor responsible for the work;
2. The number of the notice of intention submitted for the job; or the address of the property here the work is to be carried out; and
3. The nominated audit time.

Requests for audit can also be made by faxing the details above to 1300 449 185.
