New Consumer Advice Line - 1300 249 223

The Board is pleased to announce the launch of a new service directly aimed at consumers of plumbing services, with the introduction of our new Consumer Advice Line. 

The Consumer Advice Line - 1300 249 223 allows customers of plumbers and their services with access to information on a range of other issues relating to your plumbing requirements around the home and business such as,

• the current status of their licensed plumber;
• standard of plumbing work;
• the cost and any disputes regarding the work (handled by the Consumer Protection Division of the Department);
• general advice on plumbing products; and
• regulations governing the plumbing trade.

Our Consumer Advice Line is designed to offer you a better service with much speedier access to the kind of information you need when you want to engage a licensed plumber.
