Technical Advice Line

A technical advice line is available to all licensed plumbing contractors and licensed tradespersons. Any technical matter regarding plumbing work can be discussed with a plumbing compliance officer through this service.

When to Access the Technical Advice Service

The technical advice service is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm and on Saturday between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm.

To access the technical advice service simply call 1300 360 897.

Non-urgent queries can also be sent to plumbers@commerce.wa.gov.au
